*Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery, as per the framework provided*Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery*Conduct training programs for Trainees, including Classroom training, Demo &Practical and co-ordinate / monitor internship (clinical exposure) at the Hospitals.

Study & identify the best practices of mobilization across skilling industryCascade the best practices across all the partnersCreate benchmarks for batch size, batch to batch gap and work on improving the samePlacement Support:Build partnerships with employers within and outside the groupDemand creation by effective way of identifying vocational opportunities both for employment and entrepreneurshipBuild industry network to all the partner centersConduct job fairs for involving maximum number of stakeholdersMonitor and improve the placement percentage of all partnersFeedback on quality of candidates (Alumni/student) attended interviews to be collated and shared with all relevant functions
