You should have good processor PC/Laptop and excellent trusted internet broadband. Only committed and dedicated recruiters. Recruiters who are working for multiple companies are strictly prohibited and will be legally prosecuted. Such recruiters if want to work can work as Freelancers and will be paid a good amount per closure. If working full time, make sure you are committed and dedicated for us to avoid legal formalities.Responsibilities and DutiesWe dont Need Bench Sales Recruiter1. One who knows all nuisance of IT and its Terminologies with a scope to grow and learn each day2. 1-4 years of solid hands-on US IT Recruitment. Full Recruitment Life Cycle3. Hard core recruiter in original sense. We dont need a mass mail recruiter or just someone who collect resume.4. Someone who can screen deep into the profiles, qualify on the basis of discussion, attitude, soft and technical skills.5. Create a rapport with Candidate and Account Manager to ensure the delivery of required resource.6. End to end recruitment with strong knowledge of US Visas, Tax Terms, US Geography etc7. Someone who is open to ideas and we will provide an opportunity to implement your ideas too which if beneficial to you and the organization.8.
