We are currently seeking experienced Composite Manufacturing Engineers to join our dynamic team in South Korea.Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Composite Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for composite materials. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in composites, process development, and quality assurance within high-performance engineering industries such as aerospace or automotive.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop efficient composite manufacturing processes and procedures. Implement and optimize manufacturing workflows to ensure product quality and efficiency. Conduct testing and quality control of composite materials and finished components. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to align manufacturing with project requirements. Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Experience & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree (or Diploma) in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 35 years of hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace or automotive sector. In-depth knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing techniques (e.g., autoclave, resin infusion, hand lay-up). Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.
