We are currently seeking experienced Composite Manufacturing Engineers to join our dynamic team in South Korea.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Composite Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for composite materials. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in composites, process development, and quality assurance within high-performance engineering industries such as aerospace or automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop efficient composite manufacturing processes and procedures.

• Implement and optimize manufacturing workflows to ensure product quality and efficiency.

• Conduct testing and quality control of composite materials and finished components.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to align manufacturing with project requirements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or Diploma) in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace or automotive sector.

• In-depth knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing techniques (., autoclave, resin infusion, hand lay-up).

• Proficiency with CAD software (., CATIA, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
