We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager HR with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team at our Vavdi location. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:- **Talent Acquisition**: Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and conducting interviews to attract top candidates.- **Employee Onboarding**: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company and are equipped with necessary resources.- **Performance Management**: Manage employee evaluations and provide guidance to supervisors to ensure performance goals are met and employees receive constructive feedback.- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.- **HR Policy Implementation**: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and help in the development of new policies that align with company goals.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels. A solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. The ability to analyze data and generate reports for informed decision-making is expected. Key Responsibilities:* Design modern, clean, and user-friendly UI/UX for web & mobile applications* Create wireframes, layouts, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD* Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML5, CSS3 & Bootstrap code* Ensure pixel-perfect responsiveness across mobile, tablet & desktop devices* Follow current UI/UX trends and front-end best practices* Collaborate with developers for smooth design-to-development handovers

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.5. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.7. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.10. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.12.
