Job PurposeTo ensure the seamless operation of all villa facilities by performing preventive maintenance and rapid repairs across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical: Maintain and repair lighting fixtures, switches, water heaters, and backup generators. Ensure all electrical panels are safe and functional.Plumbing: Fix leaks, clear blockages, and maintain pumps and pressure tanks. Monitor water supply levels across the properties.HVAC Maintenance: Perform basic servicing of AC units, including filter cleaning and checking for gas leaks or drainage issues.General Repairs: Basic carpentry (fixing hinges/locks), masonry touch-ups, and minor painting as required to keep the villas in showroom condition.Pool Maintenance: (If applicable) Monitor chlorine/pH levels and ensure the filtration system is running correctly.Vendor Coordination: Escalate complex issues to specialized contractors and oversee their work to ensure quality.RequirementsTechnical Proficiency: Proven experience in at least two core areas (e.g., Electrical and Plumbing).Quick Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, especially when guests are in-house.Tools: Familiarity with the use of power tools and diagnostic equipment.Communication: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to the office and interact professionally with guests.Certification: An ITI certification or equivalent technical diploma is highly preferred.
