Job Purpose
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic presentation for our luxury villas, ensuring a home-away-from-home experience for all guests and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of all guest rooms, living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms according to Jaglax quality standards.
Linen Management: Change bed linens and towels; ensure all laundry is handled carefully and stored correctly.
Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supplies and guest amenities; notify HOD when stock is low to ensure no service interruptions.
Property Upkeep: Report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, or pest issues) immediately to the supervisor.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and respond to reasonable requests for extra cleaning or supplies with a professional attitude.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel, guest house, or private villa is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small issues that affect the guest experience (., dust on high surfaces, smudges on glass).
Integrity: High level of honesty and reliability, as you will be working in private residences.
Communication: Basic proficiency in English or Hindi/Konkani to coordinate with the team.
