Fluency in English and Kannada is essential, and proficiency in Excel and Tally is a must.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.Record financial transactions in accounting software and manual ledgers.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles.GST Returns Filing:Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns for clients.Keep abreast of GST regulations and updates.TDS Compliance:Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable rates.File TDS returns within the stipulated deadlines.Resolve TDS-related issues and discrepancies.Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.Generate customized financial reports for clients as needed.Client Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and provide financial insights.Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service.Excel and Tally Skills:Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.Proficiency in Tally for efficient accounting and financial management.
