Job Title: ZED Facilitator Department: MSME / Quality Management Location: Field-based / Assigned District or Region Job Type: Contractual / Full-time Job Objective:To support MSMEs in adopting Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices and guide them through the certification process by providing technical assistance, documentation help, and awareness training. Key Responsibilities:Outreach & Mobilization:Identify and contact MSMEs for ZED scheme registration.Conduct awareness programs and workshops on ZED scheme benefits.Technical Support:Assist MSMEs in implementing ZED quality and environmental practices.Support in documentation for ZED self-assessment and certification.Assessment Preparation:Help enterprises prepare for on-site assessments.Guide MSMEs in gap analysis and implementation of improvement actions.Reporting & Coordination:Maintain records of outreach and facilitated units.Coordinate with QCI / ZED Cell and monitoring authorities. Required Skills:Basic knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, quality tools, etc.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using digital tools and online portals.Ability to travel and interact with industries. Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor's in Engineering, Management, or related fields.Preferably certified in Quality Management or similar domains.Familiarity with ZED Certification process (preferred). Experience:13 years of experience in quality assurance, MSME support, or consultancy.Freshers with strong motivation and understanding of MSMEs may also apply.
