- Oversee and manage the sales operations: The Automobile General Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.- Develop sales strategies: The manager must develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
