Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.Taxation:Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns for clients.Assist in tax planning and provide advice on tax-efficient strategies.Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.Audit Assistance:Support in the preparation and execution of audits.Software and Technology:Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA Inter or equivalent is preferred.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a CA firm.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred Skills:Experience with GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.Understanding of financial analysis and reporting.Knowledge of the latest accounting software and tools.
