Job Description:NIFA Infocomp Services Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and finance, with excellent knowledge of taxation, GST, and related areas. Responsibilities:1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting principles.3. Monitor and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.4. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and managing tax audits.5. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the management team.6. Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as necessary.7. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.8. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively to optimize financial resources.9. Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.10. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support on various projects and initiatives.11. Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. M.Com or MBA in Finance will be preferred.2. Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.3. Excellent knowledge of taxation, GST, and related regulations.

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders. Processing all customer purchases accordingly. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Marketing & Sales related to ophthalmic , Good hand on computer Like MS office Marinating online & offline database. Having own vehicle , Need to travel for sales & Marketing , If candidate has Experience in ophthalmic field salary can be negotiable
