job description:

nifa infocomp services private limited is looking for a skilled and experienced accounts manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. the ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and finance, with excellent knowledge of taxation, gst, and related areas.

responsibilities:

1. manage day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

2. prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting principles.

3. monitor and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.

4. ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and managing tax audits.

5. stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the management team.

6. coordinate and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as necessary.

7. provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

8. monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively to optimize financial resources.

9. establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

10. collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support on various projects and initiatives.

11. supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

requirements:

1. bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or related field. or mba in finance will be preferred.

2. proven experience of 4 to 5 years in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

3. excellent knowledge of taxation, gst, and related regulations.
