Coordination With The Tender Departments Or Having Knowledge For Sending Request Letter, Extention Letters. Coordination With OEMs For Quotation & For Rates And Other Technical Documents. Preparing Purchase Order For OEM. Follow Up With Accounts Department For EMD Preparation Or Submission Of The Same. If Required Able To Attend The Pre-Bid Meeting Of Tender And Maintain Rapport In Market Of Company. Follow Up With Tender Department For Refund Of EMD And Look Up Payment Related Matters & Any May More. Follow Up With OEM, Customer, Accounts Through E-Mail & Telephone. Skills Of Price Negotiations And Maintain The Price Sheets For Best Results And ParticipationsResponsibilities Of Candidate Include: Support Marketing And Sales Team To Gather Intelligence On Recent And Upcoming Bids And TendersThey Are Also Involved In Preparing All The Tender Documents Submission Of These Documents In The Stipulated Time PeriodAlso:1.
