Product Knowledge: Educate buyers on product quality, certifications (e.g., hallmarking), pricing, and proper jewellery care.Sales & Targets: Actively work to achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.Store & Stock Management: Assist with daily inventory counts, properly arrange showcase displays, and maintain strict loss prevention and safety protocols.Customer Service & Admin: Process payments, manage billing documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for services like resizing, cleaning, and repairs.Marketing & Exhibitions: Support promotional events, assist the marketing team with exhibitions, and build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
