As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet high standards of quality and reliability. Your work will involve various tasks that contribute to the overall quality assurance process.Key Responsibilities:- Developing Quality Standards: Create and maintain quality benchmarks in line with industry best practices to ensure all products meet specified requirements. - Conducting Inspections: Perform regular inspections and audits of processes and products to identify areas for improvement and compliance. - Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute test plans, including functional, performance, and regression tests, to validate product quality and performance. - Issue Tracking and Reporting: Identify defects and issues, document them, and report to relevant teams for resolution while ensuring timely follow-up. - Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and development, to promote quality awareness and implement best practices. - Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous quality improvement by analyzing data and implementing solutions to enhance processes.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have 5 to 11 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in quality assurance methodologies. A diploma in engineering or a related field is essential. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of quality standards such as ISO and Six Sigma. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are necessary to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is also expected.
