1. Recruitment & Onboarding:Source, screen, and recruit candidates for manufacturing, engineering, and administrative roles.Conduct interviews in coordination with department heads.Manage onboarding, induction, and training programs for new employees.2. Employee Relations & Engagement:Address employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace environment.Conduct employee engagement activities to improve motivation and retention.Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.3. Job Description: Candidate should have good knowledge in accounting, email, and English communication skills. Good to have Zoho Books experience. IMP - Should be good at English Communications, Data Particulars like amounts calculations, etc. Should have strong experience with Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP). Should understand TDS, GST, its forms, and processes to filing/submitting the same and preparing the monthly sheets for same.Requirements: Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility. Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies. Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices. Check the validity of debit accounts. Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments. Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines. Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients. Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.

Must be knowledge of Corel Draw, Illustrator and Photoshop for making Logo, Graphic, Stationary, Catalog, Label Design and Mock-up with sharp visualization and creative ideas.

Procurement & Vendor Management:Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, electronic components, and equipment.Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delays, quality concerns, or contract compliance.Purchase Planning & Cost Optimization:Plan purchases based on production schedules and inventory requirements.Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high-quality standards.Optimize procurement processes to reduce lead time and improve efficiency.Work closely with the finance team to ensure cost control and budgeting adherence.Inventory & Logistics Coordination:Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.Track incoming shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.Handle import/export documentation and compliance for international procurement.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.Maintain purchase records, invoices, and contracts for audit purposes.Stay updated with market trends, new product developments, and regulatory changes in the electronics industry.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the engineering and quality control teams to procure components that meet technical specifications.Support R&D in sourcing new materials and components for prototype development.Collaborate with accounts for invoice verification and timely supplier payments.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.Familiarity with import/export regulations and supply chain logistics.
