We are seeking an HVAC Technician with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Dwarka Sector 1. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and ready to handle various HVAC systems.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Installation of HVAC Systems:** You will be responsible for the proper installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.- **Maintenance and Repair:** Regular maintenance checks will be required to identify potential issues in HVAC units. You will diagnose problems and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal functioning.- **Troubleshooting:** When HVAC systems malfunction, you will investigate and troubleshoot the issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime and ensure comfort for users.- **System Upgrades:** You will assist in upgrading and retrofitting existing HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency and performance.- **Customer Interaction:** You will communicate directly with clients to explain services performed and answer any questions they may have regarding their HVAC systems.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HVAC equipment and systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills are essential. Good communication skills are necessary, as you will interact with clients frequently. Reliability and punctuality are expected, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for identification of new suppliers/OEMS, work with auditors to pre approvethe supplier, running audits and following up on Audits define thestrategy for Electricals, and controlling cubicle commodities. Responsible for commercial finalization/Negotiation/Managing any priceincrease/working out year-on-year cost-out activities for the assigned commodity. Responsible for collecting requirements, expected consumption (forecast), etc.from production and relevant local units. Must have expertise in procuring electronics and IT equipments Manages/drives meetings between the operational units and suppliers accordingto the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) strategy, guidelines, andagreements. Identifies and drives supply chain improvements in cooperation with the localunits, working with local key suppliers. To work closely with cross-functional team to evolve cost-out ideas throughResource/localization/Bundle Buy and other sourcing levers. Responsible for supplier relationships for Local suppliers in close cooperation withthe local unit and Purchase management.
