Identify new customers and develop business opportunities in the aerospace and precision manufacturing industry.Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, costing, and follow-ups.Coordinate with customers for technical requirements, drawings, and specifications.Prepare quotations and ensure timely submission of offers.Coordinate with Production, NPD, and Quality teams for feasibility and delivery commitments.Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.Follow up on purchase orders, order status, payments, and customer feedback.Develop new business and maintain existing customer accounts.

Manage the Quality Department and ensure compliance with AS9100D and customer requirements.Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Handle customer complaints, rejections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Manage internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits.Ensure compliance with GD&T, FAIR (AS9102), FOD prevention, and calibration requirements.Lead Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and CMM personnel.Monitor supplier quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with Production, NPD, and other departments to improve product quality.

The candidate will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), carrying out component machining as per approved drawings and process instructions, and maintaining quality and productivity standards.
