Manage the Quality Department and ensure compliance with AS9100D and customer requirements.

Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Handle customer complaints, rejections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Manage internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits.

Ensure compliance with GD&T, FAIR (AS9102), FOD prevention, and calibration requirements.

Lead Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and CMM personnel.

Monitor supplier quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with Production, NPD, and other departments to improve product quality.
