The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly within B2B and B2C environments, and a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry. The role requires a driven individual who excels in convincing customers, managing and executing campaigns, and working flexibly, including weekend availability and travel, to support business growth. Experience in FMCG and beauty/skincare product sales will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities: Develop and identify new business opportunities to execute sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, focused on beauty and skincare products. Lead and manage both B2B and B2C sales efforts to meet and exceed set sales targets. Organize, plan, and oversee various sales campaigns and marketing events. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional strategies for campaigns. Utilize exceptional convincing skills to close sales and influence key stakeholders. Build persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client. Handle objections effectively and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and support sales efforts as required. Flexibility to work on weekends, especially during peak sales periods, events, or urgent campaign rollouts.Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years in sales, with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments. In-depth understanding of the beauty, skincare and FMCG industries experience preferred. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Open to frequent travel and working on weekends as needed. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). This is a full time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing client relationships.Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and implementing business strategies, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and preparing and presenting protocols.

Electrical Drafter Responsibilities:Meeting with superior and engineers to determine the project requirements. Generating technical specification documents, installation guides, and user manuals. Prepare detailed electrical designs, 2D drawings and schematics using AutoCAD. Develop and maintain Project documentation, including electrical plans, specification and reports. Conduct detailed quantity take off from electrical designs, specifications and drawings.Electrical Drafter Requirements: ITI or diploma degree in electrical drafting, drafting design or similar. Knowledge of electrical Draftsman 2D for electrical drawing propose. A minimum of two years' experience as an electrical drafter. Proficiency with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft office. Excellent understanding of a range of electrical distribution systems. Thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations, building codes, and health standards. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and managerial skills. The ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in electrical systems and best practices.
