The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of two-wheeler service operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to brand standards (Bajaj, KTM, Chetak)Supervise and guide the team of technicians and service advisorsEnsure timely and high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnosticsManage job card flow, spare parts coordination, and workshop inventoryAddress customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retentionBuild strong customer relationships with a proactive and professional approachEnsure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness in the workshopMonitor key performance indicators (TAT, customer satisfaction, repeat complaints, etc.)Report to senior management on workshop performance and improvementsDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a two-wheeler workshop environment (Bajaj/KTM experience preferred)Strong technical know-how and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot effectivelyExcellent leadership and team management skillsPleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive approach to customer service and relationship managementFamiliar with digital job card systems, service CRMs, and warranty protocols
