Hero Globe Agency is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Workshop Manager to oversee our two-wheeler service workshop in Hapur. You will manage daily operations, lead a team of mechanics, ensure high-quality bike repairs, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations: Supervise daily workshop workflow, bike servicing, and repairs.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate mechanics and technicians.

Inventory Control: Monitor auto parts stock, ordering replacements as needed.

Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles post-repair to meet company standards.

Customer Service: Handle customer queries, provide cost estimates, and resolve complaints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and advanced troubleshooting.

Part Knowledge: Strong understanding of genuine automobile and auto parts.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years working in a bike workshop or automobile service center.

Management: Proven experience leading a technical team and managing inventory.

Communication: Clear verbal communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
