we are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled workshop manager to lead our bajaj & ktm authorized service workshop. the ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of two-wheeler service operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
key responsibilities
oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to brand standards (bajaj, ktm, chetak)
supervise and guide the team of technicians and service advisors
ensure timely and high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
manage job card flow, spare parts coordination, and workshop inventory
address customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
build strong customer relationships with a proactive and professional approach
ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness in the workshop
monitor key performance indicators (tat, customer satisfaction, repeat complaints, etc.)
report to senior management on workshop performance and improvements
desired candidate profile
minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a two-wheeler workshop environment (bajaj/ktm experience preferred)
strong technical know-how and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot effectively
excellent leadership and team management skills
pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proactive approach to customer service and relationship management
familiar with digital job card systems, service crms, and warranty protocols
