Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Facility Management Supervise all activities in cold storage areas, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping. Monitor temperatures of cold rooms, freezers, and handling areas; ensure immediate action on deviations. Coordinate equipment use (pallet jacks, reach trucks) and ensure proper maintenance.2. Staff Supervision Lead, train, and schedule cold storage staff. Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, productivity targets, and quality standards.3. Compliance & Safety Implement safety procedures to prevent accidents, temperature abuse, and product spoilage. Maintain records of temperature logs, sanitation checks, and incident reports.
