Youll be appointed to one of the Zonal Operations teams and will work in few of the functional areas listed below:Operations Management, Inventory Management, Retail Management, MIS and Project ManagementWhat will you do: Responsible for driving end to end warehouse operations i.e. inbound, inventory, outbound and returns Responsible for Zonal Operations for a particular area of the city Supervise up to 8 cluster managers, monitoring cluster managers weekly rosters and leading staff evaluations Monitor all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports Ensuring Mandatory Registers, MIS Reporting and Records Maintenance Undertake cost optimization and process improvement initiatives Overall control of Operation and have to check all the modes of deliveries (i.e. van, Bike etc.) Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports Store Audits, Compliance Audit, responsible for customer complaints Shrinkage, Dump, Damages & Expiries control / reporting Trained and mentored new floor staff in tasks including receipting, restocking, documentation Transport and Logistics Management Work Environment and Safety Management On time Picking and Last Mile Delivery Management for various area/ clusters

1. Very well experienced with e commerce fulfilment centres operations & concept. And have been working in such capacity and able to fully manage & set up fulfilment centres warehouses in different locations in different countries. And manage the entire shipments movement from the start of supply chain from any factory into the warehouse/fulfilment centres in different countries till delivery to customer as per orders online.2. can manage all aspects of shipping from A to Z in terms of looking up 3rd party logistics warehouses for us in different courtiers and set up the relationship based on perfect match and best fit to our need. And be able to run the operations smoothly for all orders that comes online and needs to be fulfilled by the 3PL ( 3rd party logistics).3. the candidate will be required to work from his home in India, might need to travel to set up new fulfilment centres when required or to factories for any relevant matters and should be able to fully handle all types of challenges.4. He will fully handle all our shipments from China/Turkey to different courtiers and the logistics/warehousing. 5. 5+ years experience minimum of a Similar role and capacity.6. integrity, Intelligent and reliable & Must have worked in a such capacity before with sound knowledge in this domain.7. Must be well versed with different inventory systems online and experienced with ecommerce fulfilment concepts locally and internationally.8. Fluent in English communicating and in writing both should be at a professional level.9. Must be self-driven, self-managed & enthusiastic who does not require micromanagement and close up monitoring. 10. You are expected to be reliable, honest, credible, energetic, positive with integrity. Must have advanced problem solving skills.
