We are hiring an experienced and responsible Warehouse Operations Manager for our Gujarat location. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with accounts and logistics teams. Knowledge of Tally is mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities:Oversee complete warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, and dispatchMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliationHandle billing, vouchers, entries, and reports in TallyCoordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts departmentsSupervise loading/unloading activities and ensure timely dispatchManage warehouse documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery challans, stock registers)Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness inside the warehouseMonitor manpower and daily operational activitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reportsCoordinate with transporters, vendors, and service partnersRequirements:Graduate (any stream); commerce background preferredyears of experience any industry of accountantStrong working knowledge of Tally and basic accountingExperience in inventory management and warehouse processesBasic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication)Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage operations independently

1. Store the right amount of materials, goods, and products in the right location to feed the businesss and production's operational demands2. Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations 3. Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance4. Ensure storage of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and guidelines5. Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of both raw materials to production and finished goods to Distribution Teams6. Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team7. Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to raw materials and finished products in and out including labeling of all stock items8. Review ways to reduce waste9. Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation and training, and safety records10. Establish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures11. Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines12. Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements13. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage 14. Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate
