VMC Programmer Job Vacancies in Ghaziabad

We are looking for a VMC Programmer to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience and hold an I.T.I. certification. This full-time position requires working from our office. Key Responsibilities:- Set Up and Operate VMC Machines: You will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture parts according to specifications and drawings. - Programming and Adjustments: Write and modify CNC programs to ensure accuracy and quality of the produced components. You may need to adjust programs based on testing and feedback.- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of completed parts using measuring tools, ensuring they meet predefined quality standards and manufacturing tolerances.- Maintenance of Equipment: Carry out routine maintenance on the VMC machines to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.- Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with fellow programmers, machinists, and engineers to resolve technical challenges and implement production improvements.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a thorough understanding of VMC programming and operation, including proficiency in G-code and M-code. Experience with CAD/CAM software is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. Effective communication skills are also essential to collaborate with team members and address production issues promptly.

Proper Training Will Be Provided to Operate Different Kind of Machines

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects. Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees, and monitoring the project team. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with Senior Engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment. Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection. Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality Experience with Operation & Maintenance of CNC, VMC, Turning Centre, Lathe Machine etcEducation Qualification: Diploma Holder or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or technical training in machinery operation and maintenance.
