Urgent Requirement For VMC Programmer

We are looking for a VMC Programmer to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience and hold an . certification. This full-time position requires working from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up and Operate VMC Machines: You will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture parts according to specifications and drawings.

- Programming and Adjustments: Write and modify CNC programs to ensure accuracy and quality of the produced components. You may need to adjust programs based on testing and feedback.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of completed parts using measuring tools, ensuring they meet predefined quality standards and manufacturing tolerances.

- Maintenance of Equipment: Carry out routine maintenance on the VMC machines to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

- Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with fellow programmers, machinists, and engineers to resolve technical challenges and implement production improvements.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of VMC programming and operation, including proficiency in G-code and M-code. Experience with CAD/CAM software is highly advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. Effective communication skills are also essential to collaborate with team members and address production issues promptly.
