Urgent Requirement For VMC Programmer

We are looking for a VMC Programmer to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience and hold an . certification. This full-time position requires working from our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up and Operate VMC Machines:** You will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture parts according to specifications and drawings.

- **Programming and Adjustments:** Write and modify CNC programs to ensure accuracy and quality of the produced components. You may need to adjust programs based on testing and feedback.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of completed parts using measuring tools, ensuring they meet predefined quality standards and manufacturing tolerances.

- **Maintenance of Equipment:** Carry out routine maintenance on the VMC machines to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

- **Collaboration with Team Members:** Work closely with fellow programmers, machinists, and engineers to resolve technical challenges and implement production improvements.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of VMC programming and operation, including proficiency in G-code and M-code. Experience with CAD/CAM software is highly advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. Effective communication skills are also essential to collaborate with team members and address production issues promptly.
