We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating vertical machining centers (VMC) and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Setup and Operation: You will set up and operate VMC machines, following detailed work instructions to ensure production meets quality standards.2. Quality Control: It will be your responsibility to inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications. You must identify and report any quality issues immediately.3. Machine Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the VMC machines is crucial. You will perform routine checks and minor repairs to ensure all machinery is in optimal working condition.4. Require VMC operator and Helper experience minimum 2 to 3 years;

Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.Loading raw materials into the CNC / VMCmachine.Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software and VMCChoosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.Cleaning and maintaining the machine.Training new staff on machine operation procedures.

Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings.Takes inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available, anticipated stock, and placing orders.Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points.Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments.Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations.
