The role involves handling live video interactions, documentverification, follow-ups and ensuring completion of onboarding activities in accordance with UScompliance requirements.The individual will be responsible for working on all allotted cases, making outbound calls and coordinatingwith candidates to ensure timely completion of onboarding steps. This role requires highaccuracy, strong communication skills and strict adherence to data security protocols while handlingsensitive personal identification documents.Responsibility: Schedule and conduct live video verification calls. Verify identity through face match, ID match, and document validation as per acceptabledocument guidelines Request resubmission of unclear, incomplete, or non-compliant documents and upload verifiedcopies into the system Follow up with candidates who have not completed onboarding using calls, email and messagingtools Identify duplicate profiles and escalate discrepancies as per defined process Ensure candidate profiles are complete, accurate and moved to the employee stage uponcompletion Work on all allotted cases and make calls accordingly to meet process timelines Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with clean desks and secure working environmentrequirements Attention to detail is mandatory due to compliance-sensitive nature of the role Be open to cross-training on other processes or departments as per workload and businessrequirementsRequirements: Minimum Graduate (Bachelors Degree mandatory) Minimum 1+ year of experience handling US voice process / US calls Experience in I-9 verification and compliance is a strong advantage Experience of handling live video interactions with candidates preferred Excellent English communication skills (Neutral accent mandatory) Ability to interact professionally with US candidates and stakeholders Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation Ability to work in US shift (10 AM - 7 PM EST, flexible 1 hour) Willingness to work in a secure environment handling sensitive documents A strong and thorough background verification will be conducted prior to onboarding

We are looking for a Senior Executive US & Canada Accounts & Finance with proven experience in handling accounting, compliance, and financial operations for North American entities. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, Canadian GAAP, taxation norms, and cross-border financial reporting. The role requires close coordination with onshore teams, clients, and auditors while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of financials.________________________________________ Manage day-to-day accounting operations for US & Canada entities including AR, AP, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and Canadian GAAP. Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and consolidations. Ensure timely filing of tax returns including federal, state/province, and local taxes (e.g., US sales tax, Canadian HST/GST/PST). Support the month-end and year-end close processes in coordination with global finance teams. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for US & Canada operations. Work with external auditors and consultants for statutory audits and tax filings. Stay updated with regulatory changes in North American accounting standards and taxation laws.
