Job Description:
We are looking for experienced professionals to support a US-based staffing client in I-9 compliance
verification and onboarding processes. The role involves handling live video interactions, document
verification, follow-ups and ensuring completion of onboarding activities in accordance with US
compliance requirements.
The individual will be responsible for working on all allotted cases, making outbound calls and coordinating
with candidates to ensure timely completion of onboarding steps. This role requires high
accuracy, strong communication skills and strict adherence to data security protocols while handling
sensitive personal identification documents.
Responsibility:
• Schedule and conduct live video verification calls.
• Verify identity through face match, ID match, and document validation as per acceptable
document guidelines
• Request resubmission of unclear, incomplete, or non-compliant documents and upload verified
copies into the system
• Follow up with candidates who have not completed onboarding using calls, email and messaging
tools
• Identify duplicate profiles and escalate discrepancies as per defined process
• Ensure candidate profiles are complete, accurate and moved to the employee stage upon
completion
• Work on all allotted cases and make calls accordingly to meet process timelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with clean desks and secure working environment
requirements
• Attention to detail is mandatory due to compliance-sensitive nature of the role
• Be open to cross-training on other processes or departments as per workload and business
requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ year of experience handling US voice process / US calls
• Experience in I-9 verification and compliance is a strong advantage
• Experience of handling live video interactions with candidates preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (Neutral accent mandatory)
• Ability to interact professionally with US candidates and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
• Ability to work in US shift (10 AM - 7 PM EST, flexible ±1 hour)
• Willingness to work in a secure environment handling sensitive documents
• A strong and thorough background verification will be conducted prior to onboarding
