Pay Structure :- 15 22 Lacs per Annum. (Negotiable)e. Reporting to :- M.D / V.P.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY1. Grain based Ethanol 100 KLPD process plant, power plant operation & Maintenance including Utilities.2. Ensure technical resources are available to assist in daily operation / maintenance activities.3. Ensure Record keeping of entire Factory and all departments.4. Lisioning with Govt. officials for different issues. 5. Ensure target achievement of production and dispatches as per management guidelines.6. Coordination with excise, finance and other departments for smooth operation of entire plant.7. To conduct interview, hiring manpower within given cost effective manner.8. Planning and budgeting for production of Ethanol and by products and make business profitable.9. Reporting to M.D. / V.P. and co-ordination for good working environment.EDUCATIOND.I.A.F.T. from NSI or VSI.EXPERIENCEa. Minimum Experience:- 15 yearsb. Experience of 03 years mandatorily required as General Manager or Unit Head. in Distillery Industries.c. Computer knowledge is mandatorily required and priority will be given if knowledge in ERP / SAP software.
