Responsibilities:**- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain security and data integrity.- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement network and system policies, procedures, and documentation.- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance network and system performance.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.**Requirements:**- Proven experience as a Networking & System Engineer or similar role.- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper).- Experience with server administration (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments.- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSE) are a plus.**Preferred Skills:**- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds).- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management practices.- Experience with disaster recovery planning
