We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Medical Representative to join our team in West Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff to ensure a high level of product awareness.- **Product Promotion:** Present and explain our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing their benefits and uses.- **Territory Management:** Develop and manage a designated geographical area to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.- **Market Research:** Gather and report information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for strategy improvements.- **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and report them regularly to management for tracking and analysis.- **Product Training:** Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively answer questions and provide accurate information to healthcare professionals.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or a Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc). Previous experience is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to engage with various healthcare professionals. A passion for sales and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial. Additionally, a proactive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team, and effective time management skills are important for success in this role.

Candidate has to coordinate/visit school (Mainly 10+2 Schools Govt Senior Secondary School).Candidate has to get permission from HoS/or Teacher for a small counselling Session (15-20 minutes for 10+2 (PCM) Students.Candidate has to counsel students to get registered in an scholarship online exam for Free of Cost Residential One Year IIT/JEE Coaching (Free of Cost IIT/JEE Coaching with Fooding && Lodging for economical weaker section students.)Candidate has to visit allocated territory in Delhi.
