Drive sales to meet or exceed budgeted targets, ensuring revenue growth in assigned territories or segments. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Conduct product trials at customer sites and convert leads into long-term business relationships. Facilitate business conversion activities for Coated and Bonded Abrasive Products. Organize and lead Safety Seminars to promote safe product usage and build customer trust. Prepare and maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR) to track sales activities and progress. Collect client-signed Weekly Trial Reports and document market potential effectively. Provide accurate Monthly Sales Forecasts to support strategic business planning. Increase market share by analysing customer and competitor insights. Understand customer business requirements and develop effective strategies to address their needs. Resolve customer complaints promptly by identifying issues and delivering effective solutions. Control receivables to meet overall Number of Days (NOD) targets.
