Job Title: Area Sales ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore, Shimoga Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and driven Area Business Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting surgical products, engaging with healthcare professionals, and implementing sales strategies to grow business within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular visits to doctors and OT (Operation Theatre) staff to promote the relevant product portfolio.Generate demand for products through effective communication and relationship-building with medical professionals.Ensure complete coverage of doctors as per company-defined specifications and classifications.Implement the company's sales and marketing strategies within the allocated territory.Collect and report relevant market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to the Area Business Manager (ABM).Operate in full alignment with the companys systems, values, and compliance policies.Qualifications:Preferred: Graduate in Science (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharma)Considered:Non-Science Graduates with a minimum of 1.5 years of current experience in a healthcare company.D.Pharma holders with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.Experience:Science Graduates: Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector.Non-Science Graduates: Minimum 1.5 years of current experience in a recognized healthcare company.D.Pharma Candidates: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.Key Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProduct detailing and sales strategy implementationRelationship building with healthcare professionalsTerritory management and business developmentMarket awareness and reporting
