Acquiring and updating an individuals contact details Calling active or old sellers whenever neededRequirements Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role will be an add on High School diploma; B.Sc/BA will be an added advantage Knowledge of the Native Languages (Hindi, Gujarati) English language will be an add on Knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone (if experienced) Ability to switch communication stylesSkills Proficient in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
