Position: Tele Calling Executive / Sr. Executive Location: Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Immediate Joiners are preferred. We are willing to accommodate your needs. Responsibilities: Make Cold Outbound Calls to US clients and brief the requirements. Receive Inbound Calls from US clients and identify their requirements. Build a rapport with the parties to understand their needs. Provide detailed information about the requirements. Document and update caller records based on interactions, in the ATS tool provided. Negotiate to close the best deal. Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.Required Qualifications: Any graduate / Non graduate Candidate can be Fresher/Experienced. Experienced candidates must have relevant work experience in international voice process/BPO Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
