We are looking for candidates who are passionate to work in our International Voice Process having excellent communication skills.

Radish Consultants is hiring freshers to build an Energetic International Voice Process Team for their Indian office located in Hyderabad.

Position: Tele Calling Executive / Sr. Executive

Location: Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

About the position:

We would prefer candidates who are in Hyderabad (or) are willing to relocate to Hyderabad and work. If you feel you are a good fit for us, then please feel free to reach out. We are willing to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities:

Make Cold Outbound Calls to US clients and brief the requirements.

Receive Inbound Calls from US clients and identify their requirements.

Build a rapport with the parties to understand their needs.

Provide detailed information about the requirements.

Document and update caller records based on interactions, in the ATS tool provided.

Negotiate to close the best deal.

Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.

Required Qualifications:

Any graduate / Non graduate

Candidate can be Fresher/Experienced.

Experienced candidates must have relevant work experience in international voice process/BPO

Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Salary - Industry standards, Best Incentive Structure.
