The candidate will be responsible for full accounting operations including books finalization, financial controls, statutory compliance, budgeting support, reporting, and audit coordination. This role requires a highly responsible and detail-oriented person.Key Responsibilities1. Manage complete end-to-end accounting of the company2. Finalize books of accounts, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet3. Ensure accurate financial controls and compliance4. Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and all statutory filings5. Oversee AP/AR (payables & receivables) and ensure timely settlement6. Bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, fund planning7. Maintain general ledger, purchase, sales, inventory & stock records8. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements9. Create MIS reports, cost analysis, and management reports10. Assist in budgeting, forecasting & internal financial planning11. Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits12. Ensure accounting policies/processes are followed
