The ideal candidate understands architectural trade-offs in rendering models, styling strategies, and state management, and can drive frontend excellence across teams.Key Responsibilities:Define frontend architecture, module boundaries, and component strategies for complex applicationsDrive decisions on rendering models (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR), styling architecture, and state managementBuild and maintain reusable component libraries and scalable design systemsArchitect state separation (server, client, UI) using Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similarImplement real-time features (WebSockets/SSE) and ensure seamless backend integrationOptimize performance (code splitting, bundle optimization, Core Web Vitals)Enforce frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, secure auth flows)Work with modern tooling (Webpack/Vite, Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright) and CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with DevOps on CDN, caching, monitoring, and error trackingProvide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive frontend best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of frontend or web engineering experience.Minimum 3+ years of production-level experience with Next.js.Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern browser fundamentals.Deep expertise in frontend architecture, scalable UI systems, and design systems.Strong experience with advanced state management patterns and real-time frontend systems.Proven track record of leading frontend architecture at scale in production environments.Experience with performance tooling such as Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and browser profilers.Strong understanding of frontend security principles and secure coding practices.Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
