Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working in Agile will play a key role in building innovative platforms that automate media transactions and enhance global audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams.

Enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, and design principles.

Lead Agile POD teams across product, engineering, and QA.

Ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables with high quality.

Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and maintainable systems.

Convert architecture designs into development plans.

Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.

Encourage collaboration and innovation within the team.

Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth delivery.

Identify development bottlenecks and optimize workflows.

Implement automation to improve productivity and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

6+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.

Strong experience working in Agile development environments.

Technical Skills

Programming: Java, Python, Angular, C++

Databases: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL

Cloud Platforms: AWS

Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras

Experience deploying AI models in production

Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI

Preferred Skills

Experience in AdTech / OOH advertising / E-commerce platforms

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
