We are seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer in Chennai, India, for a full-time position. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience in quality assurance.

As a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. Your primary goals will be to identify defects, improve processes, and enhance overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Conduct Testing**: Perform thorough testing on products to identify defects and ensure functionality according to specifications. Document test results accurately for review.

2. **Develop Testing Plans**: Create testing strategies and plans that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule required to conduct quality assurance processes.

3. **Analyze Data**: Review test data and findings to determine quality levels. Use this information to provide insights for improvements and recommend corrective actions.

4. **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with development and production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

5. **Maintain Documentation**: Keep clear records of testing procedures, results, and findings. Regularly update quality assurance documentation to reflect the current standards.

Required Skills and Expectations:
