Key job Responsibility includes installation and service support for desktop, Laptop , networking and CC TV including installation of Printer and repairing laptop. Experience of Chip level repairing of laptop will be an added advantage . Work responsibility includes working at office as well as at customer site.

-Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.-Assist in designing electrical systems for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects.-Prepare load calculations, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules as per project requirements.-Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including wiring, panels, lighting, earthing, and power distribution.-Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to avoid conflicts in installation.-Ensure proper implementation of drawings and resolve site-level technical issues.

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and any other authorized desktop software/applications(eg MS Office, Outlook, O365 etc) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace Hardware such as desktop, laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Scanners etc Maintain inventory of spares and IT Assets at CUSTOMER location Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software Basic Network knowledge & Troubleshooting. Good understanding of AV,AD, DNS, DHCP,Wireless, Backup/Restore and Patching To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system Should co-ordinate with Central IT for all compliance related tasks Flexible to work in shifts and remote locations Excellent verbal communication skills Fluency in English

Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com with Tally ERP 9 Knowledge must.Provide Technical & Functional Support to new as well as existing customers.Your role will be to complete new software installations, give demo and training to the particular associates at client site.You will also support the existing customers with any general troubleshooting, account support or GST related support.You will also work closely with Sales team and Tally Software Developers to develop new solutions and improve existing ones.Conduct GST presentations and service camps whenever a new Release of Tally Software Versions comes.
