As a Production Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process at our facility in Dumdum, Kolkata. Your key responsibilities will include supervising a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be expected to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement strategies to improve productivity.To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
