ï€ Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and any other authorized desktop software/applications(eg MS Office, Outlook, O365 etc)
ï€ Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace Hardware such as desktop, laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Scanners etc
ï€ Maintain inventory of spares and IT Assets at CUSTOMER location
ï€ Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software
ï€ Basic Network knowledge & Troubleshooting.
ï€ Good understanding of AV,AD, DNS, DHCP,Wireless, Backup/Restore and Patching
ï€ To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
ï€ Should co-ordinate with Central IT for all compliance related tasks
ï€ Flexible to work in shifts and remote locations
ï€ Excellent verbal communication skills
ï€ Fluency in English
