Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement Planning and Strategy:o Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project needs.o Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms andprices.o Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project timelines.2. Vendor Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.o Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier contracts.o Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.3. Cost Management:o Monitor and control procurement budgets.o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.o Ensure all purchases are within the approved budget and comply withfinancial guidelines.4. Documentation and Reporting:o Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchaseorders, contracts, and supplier information.o Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to senior management.o Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.5. Collaboration and Coordination:o Work closely with team, engineers, and other stakeholders to understandproject requirements.o Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials toproject sites.o Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues that may arise duringproject execution.6. Quality Control:-Ensure Quality Control by tracking proper FAT, Type test, Third party testetc. for material.7. Ensure quality & Capable Supplier/vendor assessment by checking credential and factoryinspection of the vendor.8. Develop new vendors regularly.9. Develop a Supply Chain Management team.

Responsibilities :- Onboard Distributors, Retailers, Wholesalers for cosmetic products in assigned territory. Responsible for Primary & secondary sale.Supply Chain Experience required,Achieve Monthly product wise sales targets,Visit all beauty stores parlours, Pharmacy, & General stores for promote products & collect orders,Daily Visit to the assigned market.No Fresher Required
