The Store Manager will oversee all of the daily operations of the store. They will manage the stores employees, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:Store (Raw Materials) Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Responsible for heading the stores department for its smooth and effective operations. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items, preparing rejections report. We sell laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV and licensed software online in four graded conditions - Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished and Used - to businesses and individual customers across India.We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to own everything that happens after a customer places an order. This is the most senior operations role in the business and reports directly to the Founder, with five direct reports.Key responsibilities: Own the order-to-dispatch SLA and run the daily open-order board; target 95%+ same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 15:00. Own inventory accuracy across warehouse and counter - cycle counts, adjustments and serial-number discipline; target 99%+ accuracy. Lead a team of five covering procurement, QC and refurbishment, warehouse and dispatch, customer support and returns. Approve inventory adjustments, credit notes and refunds within authority limits. Manage courier partner performance: cost per shipment, transit time, RTO and damage rates. Reconcile Zoho Commerce orders against Zoho Inventory daily, and Zoho Inventory against Zoho Books monthly. Write and maintain the SOP handbook for every operations and support process.We are looking for someone who has personally owned a dispatch SLA and an inventory accuracy number and can quote their last figures.
