As a Picker & Packer, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations in Ahmedabad. Your responsibilities will include:- **Gathering Items**: You will be required to locate and collect items from the warehouse according to specific orders. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the right products are chosen.- **Packing Orders**: After picking the items, you will securely pack them using appropriate materials. This helps protect the products during shipping and storage.- **Labeling Packages**: Once orders are packed, you will label them clearly with necessary shipping information. Accurate labeling is vital for smooth deliveries and inventory management.- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keeping the work area tidy is important. You will need to regularly clean your workspace and help maintain an organized warehouse.- **Inventory Support**: Occasionally, you may assist in counting and organizing inventory. This ensures that stock levels are accurate and helps identify items needing restocking.To succeed in this role, you should have a basic understanding of warehouse operations and be comfortable handling various products. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills are necessary to meet order requirements efficiently. You should also have the ability to work independently and follow instructions closely. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important, as you may be part of a team environment and will engage with coworkers daily. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
